ACTIVITY LEADER

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and participate in quality and diverse recreational, social, and/or educational programming.
• Build relationships with the children, youth, and families within their designated programs. Establish open communication with coworkers, supervisor and parents/caregivers.
• Prepare nutritious snacks for members.
• Provides group and/or individual behavior management and support.
• Ensures Club Policies and Procedures, Program Operating Standards, WCB standards, Risk Management requirements and general safety standards are met.
