Job Description

MERJE are working with a Life Insurance client who are looking to hire an Actuarial Analyst to work on Capital Management and Valuations.

This is a brilliant role that will allow someone in their early Actuarial career, so a number of different projects and functions within a Life Insurance company.

You will be supporting a more senior Actuary with various Reporting, Capital, Valuation and Risk related tasks, building experience in Solvency II.


We're looking for....

  • Actuarial student - someone who has exemptions or started taking exams.
  • Early experience in Life and/or Pensions would be advantageous. Placement year/internships included.
  • Applicants must be able to work in the office (South West) 3 days per week.
  • Ability to use Excel and VBA for data analysis.
  • Applicants must have permanent right to work in the UK - no sponsorship support available.
