We’re looking for an experienced actuarial leader to join our Retirement Actuarial Services team and drive excellence across pension-related deliverables. This role blends strong technical expertise with people leadership, offering the opportunity to mentor teams, partner with stakeholders, and lead impactful initiatives in the US DB space.

Job Location: Remote, Pune


Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop actuarial and data professionals

Ensure high-quality, timely delivery with strong governance and compliance

Act as a bridge between onshore and offshore teams, managing escalations

Provide techno-functional leadership across Funding, Accounting, OPEB, and related projects

Drive automation, process improvements, and risk mitigation initiatives

Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Guide project planning, workflow optimization, and performance management


Required Experience & Skills

5+ years of actuarial experience in US pension valuations (Funding & Accounting)

1+ year of people management or leadership experience

Strong actuarial fundamentals with hands-on pension actuarial software exposure

Experience with tools such as MS Access, VBA, R, or SAS

Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or Engineering

Progress in actuarial examinations
