What do we need from your end?
- Set up, manage, and optimize mobile performance campaigns across ad networks and DSPs.
- Monitor daily campaign performance for CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
- Ensure accurate tracking using MMPs (Apps Flyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.).
- Coordinate with account, sales, and tech teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Optimize creatives, targeting, bids, and placements to improve ROI.
- Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and delivery issues.
- Maintain campaign budgets and pacing.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with advertiser and platform policies.
- Identify scaling and optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in mobile performance marketing or ad operations.
- Hands-on experience with ad networks, DSPs, and MMP tools.
- Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, and attribution.
- Experience in campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
