Job Description

What do we need from your end?

  • Set up, manage, and optimize mobile performance campaigns across ad networks and DSPs.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance for CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
  • Ensure accurate tracking using MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.).
  • Coordinate with account, sales, and tech teams for smooth campaign execution.
  • Optimize creatives, targeting, bids, and placements to improve ROI.
  • Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and delivery issues.
  • Maintain campaign budgets and pacing.
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with advertiser and platform policies.
  • Identify scaling and optimization opportunities.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in mobile performance marketing or ad operations.
  • Hands-on experience with ad networks, DSPs, and MMP tools.
  • Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, and attribution.
  • Experience in campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
