Ad Ops Specialist
We are hiring an Ad Ops Specialist with hands‑on programmatic advertising experience, preferably on the publisher side.
The candidate should understand the ad tech ecosystem and how ads are set up, optimized, and delivered on publisher platforms.
Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Programmatic / Ad Operations.
- Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges).
- Experience working on the publisher side.
- Familiarity with Google DV360 or other DSP platforms.
- Knowledge of ad delivery, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to monitor performance and support campaign optimization.
- Website Publisher side knowledge DSP tools knowledge
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to ad servers, SSPs, or yield tools.
- Understanding of viewability, brand safety, and reporting.
