Ad Solutions Specialist

Location: Lisbon, City Center

Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for advertisers and agencies using our advertising platform. You will assist them in resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, and providing guidance to ensure optimal use of our services.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Training Program: 15 working days, 8 hours per day, scheduled between 08:30h and 09:30h, in English. Compensation: EUR per week.
• Salary Options:
  • EUR gross/month, including base salary, Christmas and Holiday bonuses, plus Food allowance.
