We are seeking an experienced and motivated Additional Learning Support Manager to lead and develop high-quality SEND provision across a Midlands-based FE college. This is a key role within Learner Services, responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, securing appropriate funding, and driving inclusive practice that enables all learners with additional needs to succeed. As Additional Learning Support Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for SEND provision, managing a dedicated team and working collaboratively with curriculum staff, external agencies, and local authorities.
