ADF Configuration Analyst

Job Description: As a Configurations Analyst within H&B, you will be an integral member of the Technology Enablement team, involved in a number of data implementation activities to support our international benefits offerings including the following activities:

• Gathering requirements for inbound and outbound data feeds, setting data scrubbing parameters, defining calculations related to the appropriate benefits, and building data validations and reporting into our proprietary data cleaning system
• Coordinating with Technology Enablement team project managers and local brokers on timing, implementations, and requirements gathering for the successful implementation of the Data Modules
