We're looking for a truly welcoming Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to guide the Restaurant team in delivering a unique experience to our guests in the restaurant, bar, room service and banquets. With his or her sense of priorities and benevolence, he or she contributes to the positive atmosphere and management of the department's operations by performing a wide variety of tasks, including administrative and decision-making duties. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the Catering Manager in managing operations and supporting the department team in all activities.

  • Lead and assist employees in ensuring quality service in the restaurant and bar, as well as for room service and banquets.

  • Ensure the deployment of sales strategies and promotions in order to increase revenues.
