Job Scope – Admin Assistant (Operations Support)

Perform general clerical and administrative duties

Data entry and maintain proper filing of documents

Assist driver in checking goods during loading and unloading

Record incoming and outgoing stock accurately

Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and basic records using accounting system

Coordinate with driver and operations team

Ensure delivery and stock documents are properly recorded

Support daily office and operational activities

Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing

Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and debit notes

Monitor accounts receivable and payable
