Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account & Operations Officer to join our team at RS Techwin Sdn Bhd. Based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our financial and operational processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow statements
  • Issue invoices, monitor collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and handle staff claims
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and proper filing of financial documents
  • Manage audit, tax submissions, SST, and statutory compliance matters, liaising with relevant parties as required
