About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admin & Accounting Assistant to join our team a. This full-time role is based in the Tuas West Region and will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Maintaining and reconciling financial records and accounts
  • Processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Providing support to the accounting team as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
