Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Admin Staff / Receptionist to support the daily operations of our chiropractic center. This role is customer-facing and plays an important part in providing a smooth and positive experience for our patients, while also handling basic administrative and accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Patient Services

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Manage walk-in patients and coordinate with chiropractors accordingly
  • Perform cashiering duties, including payment collection and receipt issuance
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries promptly
