Seeking an Admin and Billing Staff in Munoz, Quezon City to handle clerical tasks, invoice processing, and communication management.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing and replying to email inquiries
  • Assisting with data entry and other clerical tasks
  • Verifying and reconciling vendor invoices for accuracy
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Preparing and maintaining records of all financial transactions

About You

  • A graduate of any 4-year course
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
