Role Summary
The IT Team Assistant (including Executive Support) provides high-trust administrative and coordination support to the IT leadership organization and ensures a professional, discreet, and responsive service experience for executive stakeholders. The role supports smooth day-to-day operations through structured meeting management, communication support, reporting assistance, and coordination of procurement/vendor activities—while handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Executive Support
