Position: Admin and Facilities Manager
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our close-knit team in a senior administrative capacity. This role combines facilities management with administrative leadership, offering hands-on learning, structured guidance during the initial phase and the opportunity to take ownership of operations once confident.
1. Job requirement:
a. Coordinate and oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including scheduling routine maintenance and arranging repairs or upgrades for Building Services.
b. Supporting staff and work closely with service providers (cleaning, landscaping, security, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
c. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, including managing security measures, access control, and emergency procedures.
