The role acts as the primary coordination point between employees, vendors, security teams, transport partners, and internal stakeholders for all night shift facilities and employee service requirements.

Facilities Coordination

  • Coordinate with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations during the night
  • availability and functionality of office infrastructure and utilities, and promptly escalate issues to relevant
  • emergency or unplanned maintenance activities by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Housekeeping Coordination

  • Coordinate with housekeeping teams/vendors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across workspaces and common
  • routine checks and report gaps or service issues for corrective
  • housekeeping requirements specific to night shift operations are communicated and addressed.
  • Security Coordination

  • Coordinate with security teams to ensure adherence to access control, visitor management, and safety protocols during night
  • as the first point of contact for night shift security-related concerns and escalate incidents as per defined
  • implementation of safety and emergency response guidelines for night shift employees.
  • Cafeteria & Pantry Services Coordination

  • Coordinate with cafeteria and pantry service providers to ensure timely food availability and service quality during the night
  • employee feedback and coordinate resolution of service-related
  • hygiene and food safety standards are followed and escalated where required.
  • Transport Coordination

  • Coordinate night shift employee transportation, including cab scheduling, rosters, and issue
  • as the escalation point for transport-related concerns and coordinate with transport vendors for timely
  • compliance with employee safety and statutory transport requirements.
  • Employee Services & Engagement

  • Serve as the Admin SPOC for night shift employees for facilities and employee service-related
  • employee engagement activities and initiatives tailored to night shift
  • resolution of employee concerns by liaising with relevant internal teams.
  • Reporting & Handover

  • Maintain logs, checklists, and basic MIS related to night shift admin and facilities
  • clear handover updates to the day shift admin/facilities
  • audits and compliance requirements by coordinating documentation and information.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in administration, facilities coordination, or employee
  • to work in a permanent night shift
  • communication, coordination, and problem-solving
  • proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting night shift operations in a corporate
  • to facilities coordination covering housekeeping, security, cafeteria, or transport
  • of workplace safety and night shift compliance
  • to handle escalations calmly and work with multiple stakeholders
  • This role plays a vital coordination function in ensuring smooth night shift operations and a positive employee experience. The Admin & Facilities Partner will be a key point of contact for emergency coordination, service continuity, and employee support during night operations
