- Assistance with Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
- Dispatching facilities technicians to incoming maintenance orders
- Reviewing maintenance work orders for accuracy and completion
- On call during working hours to di2spatch to equipment/ facility issues
- Working with operations to manager uniforms
- Working with operations to manager lockers
- Back up requistioner/ PO generator in absence of buyer
- Serve as back up to the facilities Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or any Course
- At least 6 months of experience in Facilities Management and Admin Facility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software
