  • Assistance with Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Dispatching facilities technicians to incoming maintenance orders
  • Reviewing maintenance work orders for accuracy and completion
  • On call during working hours to di2spatch to equipment/ facility issues
  • Working with operations to manager uniforms
  • Working with operations to manager lockers
  • Back up requistioner/ PO generator in absence of buyer
  • Serve as back up to the facilities Coordinator
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or any Course
  • At least 6 months of experience in Facilities Management and Admin Facility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software
