URGENT HIRING!
The Admin and IT Associate provide administrative and basic IT coordination support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
The role focuses on purchasing, fleet and facility management, coordination with external vendors, and assistance in HR engagement activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate of any business, administration, or equivalent course
- At least 2-3 years' experience in administrative or office support roles
- Experience in purchasing, vendor coordination, or fleet management is an advantage
- Strong coordination, organizational, and time management skills
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, email)
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
Willing to work onsite, Monday to Friday
This role will be under the HR, Admin, and IT Department.
