The Admin and Project Coordinator supports daily administrative operations and assists in coordinating construction projects for Athena Blue Global. This role ensures smooth business operations by managing project documentation, scheduling, procurement coordination, and communication between project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Head of NAMER and Managing Director.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and team events.
