Job Description

We're looking for a reliable Technical Support / Admin person to work in-office and handle day-to-day technical support for our solar and battery systems. This role is hands-on and phone-based, working directly with suppliers (including Solis) to troubleshoot and resolve battery and system issues.

If you're organized, technically minded, and comfortable chasing solutions until problems are fixed, this role will suit you well.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for battery and inverter issues

Call and liaise with Solis and other suppliers for diagnostics and warranty support

Troubleshoot system faults and help resolve battery performance issues

Log issues, track cases, and follow up until resolution

Perform basic system checks and configuration (remote and office-based)

General technical administration and documentation

Coordinate with installers and internal staff as needed
