Job Description
5 Days week
- Managing phone calls, emails, correspondence memo, letters and form. Greeting visitors; maintaining office organization and supplies.
- Preparing reports, presentations, memos, maintaining filing systems and databases.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Assisting with project tracking, liaising with vendors or clients.
- Perform daily office tasks like filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Proactive problem-solving attitude
- Any other adhoc task given by the management
