5 Days week

  • Managing phone calls, emails, correspondence memo, letters and form. Greeting visitors; maintaining office organization and supplies.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, memos, maintaining filing systems and databases.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Assisting with project tracking, liaising with vendors or clients.
  • Perform daily office tasks like filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Any other adhoc task given by the management
