Job Description

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus

Discretion and confidentiality

Customer service orientation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
