Admin Coordinator
Boston, MA - onsite

Hours: M-F | 8-5

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Calendar Management
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date executive and team calendars.

Expense Reporting
- Prepare, review, and submit expense reports.
- Track reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Ordering & File Organization
- Manage office supply orders and maintain inventory.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Ensure documents are properly archived and easily accessible.

General Administrative Support
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Software skills:
- Basic computer functions
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT)
