Overview: This position provides first-level technical support, administrative assistance, and business development support for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support
- Provide first-level technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues).
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of computers, printers, and related IT equipment.
- Assist in software installation, updates, and user account setup.
- Ensure proper data backup and basic network security practices are maintained.
- Liaise with external vendors or IT service providers when necessary.
Administrative Support
- Handle filing, documentation, and data entry tasks accurately.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and correspondences.
