Overview: This position provides first-level technical support, administrative assistance, and business development support for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support

  • Provide first-level technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues).
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of computers, printers, and related IT equipment.
  • Assist in software installation, updates, and user account setup.
  • Ensure proper data backup and basic network security practices are maintained.
  • Liaise with external vendors or IT service providers when necessary.

Administrative Support

  • Handle filing, documentation, and data entry tasks accurately.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, records, and correspondences.
