**Job Title:** Admin Assistant/ Branch Office Support Specialist (Temp to Hire)
**Location:** Gilbert, AZ
**Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
**Availability:** Weekend work required as needed
**Pay Rate:** $20.00 per hour

**Position Overview**

The Branch Office Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting daily branch operations and the Branch Manager. This position requires a customer-focused individual who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless office and patient interactions.

+ Collaborate with the Sales team to complete patient documentation requirements
+ Serve as the first point of contact via telephone and in-person reception
+ Process intake information, review ACIS screens, and confirm delivery appointments
