Job Description
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai.
What you’ll do:
Handle day-to-day administration and coordination.
Maintain Data accuracy and update CRM records.
Support finance, supplier communication, and client documentation.
Follow-up the monthly reports from Sub-contractors
What we’re looking for:
1–3 years’ experience in administration or operations.
Background in a Facility Management is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiar with CRM systems and good in Excel.
