Position Details:

The Admin Assistant for Facilities is responsible for providing support to stakeholders concerning Administration, Hospitality and Facilities services arrangements. He/She oversees the administrative function of the Facilities (Workplace Experience) Team.

Functional Responsibility:

  • Support Providing general administrative support such as answering phones, managing correspondence (, emails, letters, packages)
