Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain necessary data in database and file documents.
- Support any ad hoc requests related to Admin/secretariat.
- Assist Office maintenance: plant and flower, key and space, safety and facility, mail & cargo, business card and other printing services, meeting arrangement.
- Manage the stationery and routine consumables for the office.
- Coordinate the ordering of new stationery and consumables for the office.
- Provide support to office on fixed assets and facility management.
- Provide other reception and/or admin related support
- Provide support to HR team with HR related tasks when required.
- Inspect the hotels, transportation services, and high-level restaurants in advance of the Corporate and Executive visits, coordinate and finalize relative arrangements.
