Job Responsibilities:


  • Maintain necessary data in database and file documents.
  • Support any ad hoc requests related to Admin/secretariat.
  • Assist Office maintenance: plant and flower, key and space, safety and facility, mail & cargo, business card and other printing services, meeting arrangement.
  • Manage the stationery and routine consumables for the office.
  • Coordinate the ordering of new stationery and consumables for the office.
  • Provide support to office on fixed assets and facility management.
  • Provide other reception and/or admin related support
  • Provide support to HR team with HR related tasks when required.
  • Inspect the hotels, transportation services, and high-level restaurants in advance of the Corporate and Executive visits, coordinate and finalize relative arrangements.
