**Human Resources Assistant (Fluent English) – M/F**
**Location:** Paris La Défense
**Contract Type:** 3-month fixed-term contract (CDD)

**About the Role**
Join a dynamic HR team managing operations across seven countries: France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Turkey. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant with fluent English to support our HR activities and contribute to the success of our international team.
+ **Recruitment Support:** Coordinate interviews for HR Specialists and managers; manage job postings and applications via ICIMS; update candidate records in ICIMS and Workday.
+ **Administrative & Financial Tracking:** Record and monitor service invoicing.
+ **Health & Safety:** Organize and track medical check-ups.
+ **Executive Assistance:** Provide administrative support to the HR Director, including mail merges, preparing presentations, managing calendars, organizing meetings, team leave, and travel arrangements.
+ **Backup Duties:** Act as backup for the Senior HR Administrative Assistant during absences (Workday updates, contract preparation, occupational health appointments).
+ **Professional Reviews:** Track and follow up on professional interview processes.
+ **Business Continuity:** Participate in the business continuity support team.
+ **Document Management:** Organize electronic and paper filing; scan contracts and other documents.
+ E **mployee Services:** Manage housing assistance requests (1% logement), service awards, and departmental communications via Globalport and email.
+ **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in HR roles.
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in HR).
+ **Languages:** Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
+ **Technical Skills:** Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ **Soft Skills:** Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, service-oriented mindset, adaptability, confidentiality, and team spirit.
