Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Flexibility: Availability to work occasional weekends as needed
Job Duties
+ Perform basic data entry with a high level of accuracy, including inputting invoice numbers and PO numbers into the company database
+ Use basic Excel formulas (simple calculations, totals, formatting) to support administrative tasks
+ Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
+ Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
+ Support light inventory management, including tracking supplies and assisting with restocking
+ Assist with facilities support, such as coordinating supply needs and maintaining an organized office environment
+ Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed
