Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the technical team by adhering to technical processes, assisting in arranging technical daily operations, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any customer issues or concerns.
- Review and understand sales quotations, terms and conditions of offers, and consolidate all sales orders for machine, equipment, and spare part ordering.
- Process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Liaise with various departments such as Sales, Finance & Billing, and Logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update internal records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure documents are filed promptly and accurately.
- Assist with email correspondence, phone calls, and other forms of communication with clients and internal teams.
