Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant (JMB) to support the daily administrative operations of the Joint Management Body (JMB). The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with owners and vendors, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth building management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation
- Prepare letters, notices, memos, and meeting minutes (AGM/EGM)
- Manage filing system (hardcopy and softcopy)
- Assist in coordinating with residents/owners, contractors, and suppliers
- Record and track complaints, work orders, and follow-up actions
- Support billing, payment records, and simple data entry
- Update residents’ database and contact lists
- Assist Building Executive / Property Manager as required
- Attend meetings and take minutes when necessary
