Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration, including supplies, equipment, phone calls, visitors, and email correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and required business documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including customer information and sales data.
  • Support scheduling of appointments and meetings while processing orders and managing customer accounts.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction through strong relationship management.

Requirements

  • Min O Level or equivalent.
  • 1 year of working experience in administration/ customer service.
