Responsibilities
- Manage office administration, including supplies, equipment, phone calls, visitors, and email correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and required business documents.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including customer information and sales data.
- Support scheduling of appointments and meetings while processing orders and managing customer accounts.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction through strong relationship management.
Requirements
- Min O Level or equivalent.
- 1 year of working experience in administration/ customer service.
