Responsibilities

  • In charge of attendance system and company motor vehicles relation matters.
  • On-boarding and induction programs for new hire.
  • Monitor and responsible for employee relation matters.
  • Prepare reports and invoices monthly.
  • Perform daily filling of documents.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year working experiences.
  • Possess in Diploma of Administration or relevant field.
