Job Responsibilities
- Manage office maintenance, supplies, and inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
- Prepare and edit reports and internal documents.
- Liaise with vendors and support basic HR administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Secondary School/SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Proactive, organized, self-disciplined, and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Willing to learn and possess basic computer skills.
- Fresh graduates and school leavers are welcome to apply.
- Full-time position available in Kepong, KL.
