Job Responsibilities

  • Manage office maintenance, supplies, and inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare and edit reports and internal documents.
  • Liaise with vendors and support basic HR administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary School/SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Proactive, organized, self-disciplined, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Willing to learn and possess basic computer skills.
  • Fresh graduates and school leavers are welcome to apply.
  • Full-time position available in Kepong, KL.
  • Mandarin communication skills are an added advantage.
