Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join our team at AmAire Auto Sdn Bhd in Klang, Selangor . This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company.
Responsibilities
- Assist the purchasing team with administrative tasks
- Assist with the preparation of purchasing documents
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, production, finance) to meet material requirements
- Perform a variety of other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required when dealing with suppliers
- Able to communicate using basic English and Bahasa Melayu
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision
