- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the team
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare quotation, invoice and sales order
- Prepare monthly reports on sales
Job Requirements
- Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred (fresh graduates may apply)
- Basic knowledge of office administration procedures
- Good organizational and time‑management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
