Job Description
Saturday to Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Alternate Thursday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Due to the operational requirements of the restaurant, the above working hours are fixed. Only candidates who are able to accept these working hours are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks, document filing, and office supplies management
- Assist with meeting arrangements, preparation of materials, and visitor reception
- Follow up on reimbursement claims, payment requests, and basic accounting documents
- Assist supervisors with schedule coordination and report preparation
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess good communication and coordination skills
- Prior administrative or clerical experience is an advantage
