Job Description

Saturday to Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Alternate Thursday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Due to the operational requirements of the restaurant, the above working hours are fixed. Only candidates who are able to accept these working hours are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, document filing, and office supplies management
  • Assist with meeting arrangements, preparation of materials, and visitor reception
  • Follow up on reimbursement claims, payment requests, and basic accounting documents
  • Assist supervisors with schedule coordination and report preparation

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess good communication and coordination skills
  • Prior administrative or clerical experience is an advantage
