- Preferably, the entry level specialized in clerical/administrative support or equivalent.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (SIMPLE TASK):
- RECEPTION SCREENING (VISITOR) OPEN / CLOSE MAIN DOOR.
- ANSWERING PHONE CALL.
- HANDLING INCOMING MAIL
- GENERATE PURCHASE ORDER
- EXCEL DATA ENTRY OF ORDER / TAX INVOICE / INCOME TAX
- ADHOC GIVEN BY THE HR: PANTRY CLEANING / INVENTORY RECORD / STATIONARY RECORD / PRINTER TRAYS
OPERATION HOURS:
- 5 WORKING DAYS (WEEKDAYS ONLY)
- 8 WORKING HOURS: 9.00 AM TO 6.00 PM / 10.00 AM TO 7.00 PM 1 HOUR BREAK) - Break time is flexible
