  • Preferably, the entry level specialized in clerical/administrative support or equivalent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (SIMPLE TASK):

  • RECEPTION SCREENING (VISITOR) OPEN / CLOSE MAIN DOOR.
  • ANSWERING PHONE CALL.
  • HANDLING INCOMING MAIL
  • GENERATE PURCHASE ORDER
  • EXCEL DATA ENTRY OF ORDER / TAX INVOICE / INCOME TAX
  • ADHOC GIVEN BY THE HR: PANTRY CLEANING / INVENTORY RECORD / STATIONARY RECORD / PRINTER TRAYS

OPERATION HOURS:

  • 5 WORKING DAYS (WEEKDAYS ONLY)
  • 8 WORKING HOURS: 9.00 AM TO 6.00 PM / 10.00 AM TO 7.00 PM 1 HOUR BREAK) - Break time is flexible
