As an Admin Assistant at Hong Seh Motors, you will play a key role in supporting administrative functions and coordinating vehicle movements.
Job Description
- Ensure all daily operational tasks are completed according to schedule
- Coordinate and assist with vehicle movement activities
- Build and maintain good working relationships with vendors
- Update and maintain accurate vehicle records
- Prepare documentation as required
- Support sales and marketing initiatives when needed and perform other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
- Minimum N or O Level qualification
- Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, data entry, email correspondence)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Self-motivated, responsible, and a good team player
