As an Admin Assistant at Hong Seh Motors, you will play a key role in supporting administrative functions and coordinating vehicle movements.

Job Description

  • Ensure all daily operational tasks are completed according to schedule
  • Coordinate and assist with vehicle movement activities
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with vendors
  • Update and maintain accurate vehicle records
  • Prepare documentation as required
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives when needed and perform other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements

  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
  • Minimum N or O Level qualification
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, data entry, email correspondence)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and a good team player
