Administrative Assistant – Transport Operations (Temporary 6 Months Maternity Cover)

Our client, a busy transport and logistics company, is looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a temporary 6-month role, with the potential to extend for the right candidate, supporting both office and light warehouse activities.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Pay: £12.21 to £13.85 DOE

Location: Norwich
Dress Code: Uniform provided or smart casual. Safety boots and other PPE provided as required.

About the Role

This role provides essential administrative support to the transport operations team. You will handle general office administration, maintain records, manage correspondence, and prepare reports and spreadsheets. In addition, you will assist with basic warehouse duties such as product labelling and stock checks.
