  • Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Contract: Feb till 30 Apr 2026

Job Scope

  • Handle enquiries and assess appeals.
  • Liaise with various agencies, where needed, to better assess the appeals
  • Carry out general administrative tasks to support smooth operation.

  • Positive attitude and effective team player.
  • Meticulous and reliable, with the ability to make sound judgments.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and eager to learn and apply new skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
