Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive delivery order from client and update job instruction into company in-house system
- Print and arrange document
- Attend to customer's enquiries, communicate with carrier and clients.
- Perform Data Entry and General Administrative
- Other administrative works as assign by immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level and above
- 1 year administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge to use portnet is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlooks and other Office software
- Meticulous and good eye for detail
- Pleasant disposition and customer-service oriented
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Singaporeans only (no quota for foreign candidate)
