Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Receive delivery order from client and update job instruction into company in-house system
  • Print and arrange document
  • Attend to customer's enquiries, communicate with carrier and clients.
  • Perform Data Entry and General Administrative
  • Other administrative works as assign by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level and above
  • 1 year administrative experience preferred
  • Knowledge to use portnet is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlooks and other Office software
  • Meticulous and good eye for detail
  • Pleasant disposition and customer-service oriented
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Singaporeans only (no quota for foreign candidate)
