We are representing a welding company and as they expanding, they are looking for Admin Assistant to join the team.
Job Scope
- Answering phones and directing calls.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Responding to emails and other inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Recording expenses.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping.
Job Requirement
- At least a diploma in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as general admin
- Detailed oriented
- Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Melayu
