Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and delivery documentation.
- Handle financial & admin ad-hoc task as required.
- Assist in day to day finance and administration tasks.
- Data entry and record updating.
- Review and process supplier invoices to ensure all supporting documents such as Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO) and etc. are attached according to the Company's Policy and procedures.
Requirements
- Comfortable with numbers.
- Good command of Chinese is a must for better communication within the team.
- Possesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking.
