Overview
We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage paperwork and records efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organise company documents and files
- Prepare Payment Vouchers, invoices, and basic reports
- Record daily transactions, cash flow, and expenses
- Handle stock records (stock in & stock out)
- Assist with salary calculation, commissions, and reimbursements
- Prepare and check daily cash count and bank-in records
- Assist in applying and renewing business licenses (SSM, council, etc.)
- Handle basic office coordination and administrative tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc admin duties when required
- Working hours: 5 and a half working days
- Tues to Sat: 10am to 7pm
