Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage paperwork and records efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise company documents and files
  • Prepare Payment Vouchers, invoices, and basic reports
  • Record daily transactions, cash flow, and expenses
  • Handle stock records (stock in & stock out)
  • Assist with salary calculation, commissions, and reimbursements
  • Prepare and check daily cash count and bank-in records
  • Assist in applying and renewing business licenses (SSM, council, etc.)
  • Handle basic office coordination and administrative tasks
  • Perform other ad-hoc admin duties when required
  • Working hours: 5 and a half working days
  • Tues to Sat: 10am to 7pm
