Job Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure safekeeping of documents and data.
  • Coordinate effectively with the sales team and customers to support business activities.
  • Process sales orders including invoicing, picking, and packing arrangements.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Arrange delivery with courier service providers and monitor delivery status.

Inventory Management

  • Manage and conduct periodic stock takes to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle receiving of bulk goods, including loading and unloading activities.
  • Prepare and update inventory summaries and reports.
  • Oversee store management to maintain proper stock organization and tidiness.
