Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure safekeeping of documents and data.
- Coordinate effectively with the sales team and customers to support business activities.
- Process sales orders including invoicing, picking, and packing arrangements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Arrange delivery with courier service providers and monitor delivery status.
Inventory Management
- Manage and conduct periodic stock takes to ensure accuracy.
- Handle receiving of bulk goods, including loading and unloading activities.
- Prepare and update inventory summaries and reports.
- Oversee store management to maintain proper stock organization and tidiness.
