Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to handle day-to-day administrative operations and support the management team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin to assist with communication and documentation involving Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Manage correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts in Mandarin and English.
Handle office supplies, courier arrangements, and general office support.
Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
